With nearly 1,000 buses to maintain, the service crews at the Port of Authority of Allegheny County (Pa.) work hard to keep their fleet looking and running its best. Every opportunity to save time, money and labor is considered. Rich Zolinas, contract compliance specialist/bus maintenance, remembers the headaches from labor-intensive wheels.
