What to Expect

Upon arrival, you'll complete a questionnaire detailing your personal information and medical history. This gives us the necessary data for reviewing your case.

Your first visit with us is strictly a consultation - we'll perform no procedures at this time. We'll review your case, discuss your options and answer all your questions. Our goal? To make you aware of available options for treatment and earn your trust in our abilities.

Before bringing any X-rays from prior examinations, call our office staff prior to your appointment - they can tell you which X-rays the doctors will need you to bring for review.
